Homemade Sambal Pastes 自制参岜酱料
以辣椒干,红葱头,蒜头,罗望子汁,石栗果及巴拉煎所熬煮的参岜酱。这参岜酱适合用来配热腾腾的椰浆饭,炒面,炒米粉或用来炒长豆,羊角豆。制作方法非常的简单,只不过需要耐心的的把辣椒泥煮到变色及发出香味
